I've been feeling really anxious lately and these tunes have been on repeat and I wanted to give you a blog post so here ya go. My playlists are chaotic so I just listed out all the current music I have on repeat. Short, sweet, and to the point, these songs/albums make me happy. (Drake is not on here, shocking I know.)
Summerland ~ Diamond White (album) 2021
Fav songs on the album in order: Digitally Yours, Remote Control, Tulips, Cherry
my future ~ Billie Eilish (song) 2021
Happier Than Ever ~ Billie Eilish (song) 2021
The ending of this song...the transition...do I need to say more?
everything i wanted ~ Billie Eilish (song) 2019
No I am not a Billie stan these three songs just hit for me right now.
Runaway ~ Kanye West (song) 2010
Fuck Kanye but this song makes me feel things, especially the instrumental at the end of the song.
lately I feel EVERYTHING ~ WILLOW (album) 2021
I was gonna list individual songs that I liked, but I realized it was damn near the whole album so alas the whole album is up here. Fav songs on the album in order: 4ever, Come Home, XTRA, Lipstick, !BREAKOUT!, G R O W
People Watching ~ Conan Gray (song) 2021
SOUR ~ Olivia Rodrigo (album) 2021
OLIVIAAAAAAAAAAA you did that. No words. If you don't like SOUR you have no taste or emotions. Fav songs on the album in order: traitor, brutal, jealousy jealousy, happier
Lust for Life ~ Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd (song) 2017

Innocent ~ Justine Skye, Justin Timberlake (song) 2021
Fuck Justin Timberlake.
Planet Her ~ Doja Cat (album) 2021
This isn't in my favorite albums, but I like too many of the songs to just not list the whole album. Fav songs on the album in order: Alone, Love to Dream, I Don't Do Drugs, Ain't Shit, Been Like This
After Hours ~ The Weeknd (album) 2020
I wasn't a huge Weekend fan before this album, but this one made me a fan. Like it should have won all the Grammy's, its just gold, even a year later. That's as unbiased as possible. I LOVE all the songs, but here are the ones that stand out (aka fav songs on the album in order): In Your Eyes, Save Your Tears, Scared to Live, Nothing Compares (Deluxe), Faith, After Hours
Slide Away ~ Miley Cyrus (song) 2019
Stream Plastic Hearts! This song makes me cry because I love Miley and I liked her and Liam, but then I learned he was a toxic asshole that had to be dropped. This song makes me so sad because she's singing about their failed relationship and how they grew apart, and its obviously sang so passionately.
Daddy Issues ~ The Neighborhood (song) 2015
They put crack in their songs idk. Thank you Tik Tok. Fav songs from them as artists in general, in order after DI: Crybaby, R.I.P 2 My Youth, Pretty Boy, Silver Lining, BooHoo, Stargazing, Sweater Weather
shut up ~ Ariana Grande (song) 2020
Because sometimes people just need to shut up. Honorable mentions from 'positions': just like magic, pov, off the table, nasty
Tempo ~ Lizzo, Missy Elliot (song) 2019
Yes. 10/10. BIG GIRL...SPLIT!
Okay that's it. These are not ALL of my favorite songs/albums ever I'd have to make a different post for that, but these are my songs at the moment. Again, these are just a small portion of my music library. People get so weird about music and judgy based off what people listened to, its never that serious.
If you wanna see my go-to playlist at the moment including these songs and more you can click the link for my Spotify playlist--the superior music streaming service.
You're welcome.
